J&C Cheyenne (J&C Cheyenne U4 x Vermilion Dateline), Grand Champion Angus Female at Melbourne Royal. This was Cheyenne's third consecutive Grand Champion award following her wins at the Dubbo Beef Spectacular and Sydney Royal earlier in 2008.
Hollywood Hy Chaparral (Hollywood UV Diana W07 x Hyline Right Way 781) was Reserve Senior Champion.Hollywood's first trip south to Melbourne Show in 2008 yielded great results. Hollywood Cheerleader took out first in the 15-18 months heifer class. Our senior females won both Senior Champion and Reserve Senior Champion, with J & C Cheyenne A12 going on to be awarded Grand Champion Female. Our two bulls also did well, with Hollywood Chain Reaction placing 2nd in 9-12 months and Hollywood Bond 2nd in the 24-30 months class. Hollywood Angus also took first place for the Best Three Head.
